Korean class gathering was on Thurs night at Sampo Charcoal BBQ Restaurant 삼포 숮불 갈비 at Peck Seah Street which was awesome :D

But the aftermath for me was a slight nightmare..
Perhaps I should have known my stomach wasn't that strong enough to take so many things at one go. :(

So we had 삼겹살, 김치탕, some squid thingy and.. all those numerous side dishes that were too many to count.. I was bloated for like 5 hours at least. I regretted eating to my fill.. Or at least I thought I was enjoying my meal thoroughly.

And yesterday dinner with the girls was great, loved the company but the food kinda added salt to my wound. I became daring and ordered pasta with sea urchin sauce. =.= I really shouldn't next time. Perhaps I'll just stick to those I usually get :(

My stomach has battered the thunderstorm the past 2 nights, feeling like a dejected and uncared for washing machine on the loose. :| Had slight fever last night but I went to work this morning. Lol. u_u

Anyway, spending time with the girls is always ♥__♥
I'm gonna miss them so much.

Which reminds me, the uni emailed me to tell me I'm on the waiting list for dorm accommodation till mid-Jan. wtf.

:| And right, they don't give priority to freshmen.

okay for the record im sick again.
and i just had to blog on a special day like today. haha.

the last time i was sick was like... 10 days ago?
i seriously have no idea whats wrong with my immune system.
its going haywireeeeeeeeee.

argh. and i just had to force myself to go for driving today.
bah anyhow was quite happy i managed to muster enough strength to clutch in fully at those freaking traffic junctions. and change down in time too! just need more practice... rawr.

urgh the horrigible incorrigible viruses omnipresent in the air kinda disgusts me every time i think of them. once again, oh great world, i'm sick. yes for that record the past 3 times in the prev 2 weeks i was sick were all before i had to report to work! bleah. whats wrong with my immune system. dammnit shit.

and because of my throat infection plus idunnowhatelse, i couldnt send Elis off! :( she's on her way now to Perth anyway and i wish her all the best in whatever she does :)

Juno's (click) been such a cute movie with those indie rock tunes that gives a whole lot of other feeling into the movie. go watch it! its realllly nice. haha. next up shall be P.S I Love You! (click) :D

hopefully i'll get to watch Jumper (click) next week as well! Anyone Else But You by Ellen Page and Michael Cera from Juno's super adorable. go listen to it! i cant seem to find the full song... so argh.

experienced deflation. sad. :( unlike the other 23-ers. seemed like their angpaos inflated. ah well. anyhow, felt this year's CNY was perhaps better than last year's.

i seemed to be on my lappie watching shows/movies the whole of last year's. haha! more talking and interacting this year, esp with Giffy's (Thai friend) friends who were Korean. haha so had topics like skiing and stuff. and we played mahjong tog! which i lost 1.60 :( hahah the Korean guys were quite pro. and one of them had at least a 90% resemblance to Masi Oka! oh man! haha one of their names really cool. Kyu Sang i thing. lol. then Sharon asked how to say handsome guy in Korean and he was like "Kyu Sang" haha and she actually repeated! so funny! and then Cindy introduced us to him and he kept repeating our names in the order we were sitting from the mj table. lol.

Giffy just asked me to try a superb glass and i got hooked! but i still prefer the very first glass i finished. usually i'll just grab a sip from the parents but now its different! i'm legal! haha. that was funny. this woman at Cheers didn't allow a girl who was 17 years and 364 days old to get a Bacardi. and she kept arguing that she was gonna turn 18 the next day. which was true la. although it was 11pm and she'd turn 18 at 12am. but ha! the woman was like, no no. you must pass 18 to buy it. OUCH. :(

and then 初二 i had this Sentosa Flowers job stint. going there again on tues and sat with chiew. i hope i don't lose my voice and get sick. been eating too much good food. haha. had dinner last night with Godpa at Roland's. heard its 80 per pax man! great food!! yums. and i want to eat more 魚生! just had my 1st yest. omgoodness thats so long since 除夕 please! i'm in agony! and there's only like 15 days to eat it. haha. and i got to try 盆菜 Poon Choi!

sat night was this party at Uncle Paddy's which Ix Shen attended. HAHA. right. thats why Giffy and his friends were there. had class gathering at Tong's yest. felt so good to see familiar faces again! haha. esp the army boys with their crew cuts. lol.

yepp so i guess that's it. had my driving today again. kinda rusty after a week. i wanna go out to the road. BTT next week! :)

hmmmmm 4:11 PM

been bumming around the past few days except for a small trip down to Orchard yest with Mum. other than that i guess its spring cleaning time and erm studying time! yahhh hahaha

for my basic theory 1! (yeah im kinda slow)

going for my first prac next tues! kinda excited and hopefully i dont start stalling the car midway. singapore is getting seriously hot. its like max at 32 deg now. oh gosh, just let me melt and flow into the Pacific Ocean or something. hopefully it'll lead me to the Yangtze River and i'll be back in China! like they say 落葉歸根 you know! haha.

i seriously miss China. a major pull factor being the wonderful comfortable climate (except for the reason that i caught a cold when running from 城隍廟 Chenghuangmiao back to the hotel 10mins away at like some 5deg, wearing just jeans, those bazhang jacket and one layer underneath)... but it was so foggy there the previous week! and so far the beginning of 2008 has seen China welcoming so many 明星s! haha last week F4 were in 南京 just a few days after i left! and on Sun the 13th, when i was back, Shanghai held their 2nd dunno-what awards ceremony! my local guide for Shanghai had a friend working at the tv station and the friend actually asked her previously to help source for a hotel for Rain! oh man! but he wanted to bring like 20 personnel with him so the tv station couldn't afford to accommodate THAT many people at a 5-6* hotel. :( so that weekend lots of people were in Shanghai, 小豬、Jay、S.H.E、潘瑋柏、Jolin etc... :( :( :(

China pictures and travelogue once again are up on my to-do list! rawr. gotta wait for dumb photoshop to load slowly... ok perhaps its not photoshop's fault. its vista's laggy system. :(

going for first job interview tmr! i hope it goes successful...

and so i'm back from China, well mainly Shanghai. and some other provinces as well. been lethargic. still adjusting to the 30deg temperature difference (i'm totally melting already & most prob gotta nurse a flu soon! darn), and trying to unpack my 1k worth of shopping! okay thats quite 誇張 but accd to mum thats roughly how much each of us spent! haha. thats double the amount i spent in tw!

anw, Amazing Race's in Taiwan today! shall watch it tonight! so excited! haha.

went to Jolin's Shanghai auto on Sat. darn! 小豬's was on Sun 430pm and i was back at 6am alr! :( from a horribly turbulent ride (turbulence for about 25 mins straight!) and a super tired body. ah well. pictures i got from the net, since there were tons of people at Jolin's and she wasn't exactly friendly. :(

ok i shall try to erm. clear my stuff and then try to pack up my room! haha.

gotta plan for the f&e day in seoul by today. been really slack and all. caught 金馬獎 last night. 蕭敬騰's performance was really good! i'm not such a fan of 超級星光大道 but anw, kh said he PK-ed 楊宗緯 and won! (i think) thats like whoa. haha...

seriously only like 曹格's powerful vocals can be on par with this dude.

wasnt that exciting. but the company made it wonderful! haha. top prize was ps3. damn cool man. other than that it was a night filled with taking pictures, blinding flashes, cramped smiles and forced-opened eyes (for me that is).

ended earlier than i expected. haha. ah well, went back to the room then came out again to walk orchard in my freaking painful heels. rawr. then caught The Golden Compass after that. haha. was a pretty cool movie with the cgi ice bears (aka polar bears) and stuff. kinda slept through some parts cos we were watching it till 3 plus. was so tired. haha. then came back and talked/played throughout the night. lol. so fun. haha. kinda disturbed the neighbours. oops. went for Macs breakfast and then came back till check-out. slept like a log on the chair cos the bed was utilized for bridging. haha.

came home for some beauty sleep and woke up feeling sick and drowsy. sigh! down with flu and sore throat now. must have caught a chill on prom night cos it was cold and we were wearing our prom dresses only. haha.

too lazy to post up pictures before korea trip so guess i'll update all in 1 shot soon enough. rawr. blog layout still remains the same. haha. i wanna change it soon!

星光幫 on fri night was infuriating. the 工作人員 chased us away from the unloading bay cos they were gonna be there will either one sings and the rest wait. so lame. so had to go behind the stage to see them. wah the front row people really got their worth man. they sang a total of 10 songs la! like mini-concert already can! its 1/3 of a normal concert la! hahaha. kinda hooked onto 捕夢人 by 潘裕文 now. lol. sadly when Judy was singing 我不會唱歌 in my head was 羅祥's 我不會唱歌! haha kh said the same thing! sigh gonna miss him when HE and 56 will be here over the weekend. wonder if the 場面 will be 尷尬 if they meet at Star Awards. lol! =X

then after that left and went to Parkway to get my FIR cd. then i coincidentally saw 56's 4th Album 喝采 (like finally after 2837182873920287382923775 years) on pre-order. haha i was the 1st person can! so... o_0. so surprising. they're having autograph at Bukit Panjang Plaza on the 17th. and i'll be back only 17th night. rawr!!! sickening. whats with the 16th/17th weekend la. 全部我所喜歡的都回來! :(

FIR was yest. met ship before heading down to suntec. then stoned till kh came. we were at 3rd row! reached 1030am ok! haha. then stoned and played with our ds + listened to ipod and blah blah. 建寧老師 came down around 12 plus (auto at 1330) to test the sound. haha so cool. then faye came down later when it finally started. sigh. 阿沁 didnt come cos he has some personal reasons! rawr!! :( anw 建寧老師 was so nice he wrote my name for me! haha..

ok then after auto went walking around for awhile before i met shauna and her friened umairah at city hall! then went down to mediacorp for PSC Nite with 星光幫 as guests. had much fun watching and stuff hahah mdc theatre brings back memories since R&B and 2nd album times..

okay. gotta be busy with korea and misc stuff. yep toodles.

yesterday had econs makeup in school, before heading down to Central for Kyomomoyama. click. some posh Jap restaurant cos mum had some 2 for 1 set meal offer.

the food was so shiok! Tempura + Sashimi = LOVES!!! :D

okay im falling sick already. shall edit the pictures from sat and Marche with the royals soon. if my com doesnt lag. really, sometimes vista doesnt do me good.

ive fallen sick. argh. flu and sore throat. at a time right before BT1. fantastic aye.

i've finally got my WINDOWS VISTA! :D

so far. many things seem to plague it. damn it la! so irritating!

but i cant screen shot it now cos my photoshop cs got wiped out after the revamp.

i havent updated for long. okay my 2 days is considered long.

the girls came over for sleepover on tues night. we had fun watching cellular. haha. and making a fool of ourselves in the hall and blah blah. and some NICE friend went to talk to you-know-who la! walao disguise as me! :(

its not true man!!!

anw... haha then we watched some 惡魔在身邊 while i ran through my 轉角 4! yay! =) it rocks. haha. my speed's pretty fast now though the port got some connection problem. ugh. yep. and 食神 is out! haha omgosh 不辣不辣 is seriously so un-56. :(

nvm. then after that there was some 13 going on 30. haha jen garner is so hilarious. but i fell asleep halfway cos i was so tired the night before chionging gp presentation! i slept at 2am can! was like half-conscious during math lecture anyway. then after that came home and slept and waited for the girls to came. haha we pigged out on lays and pringles. yums! and green tea. :P healthy. haha!

and then i fell asleep with my winnie the pooh styrofoam-balled toy and cy was like "oh my! my friend turned into winnie the pooh!" and then i fell asleep after that. haha it was about 1+ i think. the rest slept close to 3. lol! i was bushed man.

then we kinda woke up late for x country. but managed to chiong down on time la. and i ran the 3.6km la! sheesh. okay not really run but like run and walked abit. haha. then i was having pretty bad dizzy spells during tuition after that. and a real bad headache. had to skip training and came home to rest. and justin came in 23rd for guys! well done dude!

the girls ended up at my place after lunch as they had to take their bags but lena wasnt feeling too well... hope you're better! i didnt food poison you did i? =X haha. i guess not since the rest are perfectly fine. :P

and then night time was pan's labyrinth with simino. such a freaky show! i wonder what 伏筆s there were that ms tan was talking about. its freaky and yet, erm... intriguing. haha.

go watch it. or get the vcd/dvd! really worth. its world-acclaimed! and i heard there was a 20 min standing ovation at the Cannes Film Fest i think. COOL HUH. pretty much my 2nd nc16 movie i watched. i think. it was quite gory in fact. and it was cut. :( the uncut sg version is R21.

yeah and then went home after that. was so tired i fell asleep without doing anything. today was quite slack, except for the usual thursdays-chiong-history schedule. damnit. and someone seemed to be menopausing.

and pe was softball. we got thrashed by the other team. i batted twice and i only ended up at 2nd and 3rd base respectively after 2 switches, and before i could make it back, there were like 3 out already. so we had to switch over. :( i miss 2e7 softball!

and im not done with gp compre today. sheesh. math test tmr. jiayou sherlene. some pics soon.

luckily i didnt take pe. they had to do 50 push-ups on the wet track, run 6 rounds (=2.4km) and some weird super tiring exercise.

goodness, i seriously have to be mentally prepared in time for mon's pe.
come on, build up that stamina! :D

okay positive attitude.
oh nat just got in superstar. HAHA.
okay reminds me of someone.

im tired. homework seems to be piling up but i've not completed anything much so far.
